I'd like to see SI post the country of origin or domain of every post just like in newsgroups...

I don't much care either way, but the result that particular change would do nothing more than provide people with "ammunition" for ad hominem attacks. IMO, we already have enough of that on SI. ... ~"So, you're posting from France...that says something doesn't it?"
