LMAO. Those were the days. They're coming around again. You reminded me of how much fun it was. I have high hopes of being arrested 3 or 4 times in the next 3.5 years :>)

I was a minor participant in the FSM at Cal in '74. I believe tear gas wasn't invented until People's Park, and I was gone by then. But, Carol Doda did come and dance, with her top on, on a balcony at Sproul Hall.

One day in '65, one of my roomies came home and showed us a button he got from his advisor, who had a buddy who was a PR guy. The button read "Jefferson Airplane loves you". That was B4 Gracie joined the band. I should have hit that scene; instead, I went to grad school in Oregon, where there was nothing going on but rain. OTH, my 10 year younger cousins lived on 5th Ave, next to the Panhandle. They went to everything. Their pictures made it into "Live Dead", at a free concert. Their best bud "brother" grew up to become The Dead/The Other Ones/Rat Dawg guitarist Mark Kerran. My cousin has a much more better vehicle than my old pick-up. Should have been like them :>)
Oh, I just remembered; the cuz with the better vehicle also spent 2 years living in a tepee in Bolinas while being an organic farmer. Still managed to be succesful in the big city world .

Question authority.
