"because they owed money for expensive health care that they had to seek" More likely they faked health problems to make a point - seems fishy two young people each had to both go to a hospital in just 30 days - have you and your wife been to a doctor in the last month? Me and mine haven't and we're in our 50's. Not to mention, Spurlock's alleged injury should have been covered by workers comp.

"the minimum wage has not kept up with inflation - and should be increased immediately." I think the program showed the minimum wage is pretty meaningless since Spurlock's jobs all paid aabove the minimum wage and his partner had to bargain down to get to the minimum wage on her job.

" It also showed in detail how the argument that increasing the minimum wage slowed employment growth is false." Could be true since the prevailing wage is above the minimum.
