(edited) Apologies, phud. (it's from Saturday Night Live, BTW.)

AMD has pronounced that ((Benchmarks) + (Fair Competition)) = (Increased MSS). AMD is infallible and must be believed.

Do you think that repeating your theory makes it more believable?

Do you think that the AMD complaint hinges on marketshare alone?

Have you ever addressed any of the specific allegations in the complaint?

Elmo, AMD has pronounced that ((Benchmarks) + (Fair Competition)) = (Increased MSS).

You left out another term on the LHS: (Lower Prices)

But AMD doesn't mention that in the lawsuit. They cite 48 instances of illegal behavior by Intel.

You almost have to feel sorry for them...

Almost... but not if they're making money :p

In reality the equation is much more complex and (Customer Relations) is a big factor, especially in Japan.

That's why I'm wondering why Intel didn't fight it, and try to clear all suspicion. Surely winning the case would put them in a better light as opposed to accepting a fine.

It is inconceivable to the Cult oriented Droid mind that there are any other factors. In reality the equation is much more complex and (Customer Relations) is a big factor, especially in Japan. Other major factors are Availability, Reliability, Support, Roadmaps, etc

Hmmm, reliability. Yes, lets factor this

into the equation.

I don't think it takes a "Cult oriented Droid" to interpret this. Tell us what your interpretation is.
