The JFTC ruling, none (although it may be entered as circumstantial evidence by itself.)

More importantly, the facts that the JFTC judgement rely on is a subset of the evidence that AMD will be producing for the US case.

And Japanese antitrust law is pretty similar to US antitrust law.

Maybe this time Intel won't be so lazy? (If in fact they were merely lazy (as you argue) and it wasn't a "writing on the wall" situation.)
