AS, I couldn't agree with you more. If he nominates a far right, then he will split the Repubs, leave alone the nation.

I have a bad feeling that the rightwing's wailing over Gonzales is just a big show. Gonzales slips in on his rags-to-riches rise, refuses to accept responsibility for torture, says as little as is humanly possible about anything and then turns out to be right of Atilla the Hun and nearly as rightwing as Scalia and Thomas.

I'm still waiting for the rightwing fanatics to raise money and enrich themselves on a Constitutional Ammendment to make evangelical christianity the religion of the US of A.
