Bush is still going to try and cement in more tax cuts for the ultrawealthy. Tax cuts + war. If it's true that he's withdrawing lots of troops from Iraq next year (in time for the midterm campaigns) I'd say he's much more concerned about cementing in those tax cuts for himself, his family and his friends than pretty much anything else. Then again, I wonder if he thinks clearly about much of anything these days. I still find the difference between his ease during the 2000 campaign and his halting deliveries these days to be quite alarming.
