Russia holds mostly USD but her debts are in Euro. Russia recently decided to pay off early some $15 billion and probably more later. Russia pays 6-7% interest on existing loans.

I suspect that bonds and stocks will both plunge when the Fed reaches the end of its tightening cycle, because this will have been discounted and over discounted well in advance.

I agree except that I think treasuries will be temporary
