In the Japanese mind this is a magnanimous act by Intel to accept an unfair reprimand to shield it's customers from inconvenience. It can only strengthen their relationships.

AMD would never conceive of this. They lack the class.

AMD would never conceive of it because this crack fantasy version of events only exists in Intel fans minds ;-).

Ephud Re..But the customers already know how Intel is behaving. Intel doesn't need to prove anything to those who already know. Man, do you guys believe this. Elmer is really acting delusional today. By the way, if any of you do, let me know, I have some swamp land to sell you.

LOL Elmer talking about class, is like concrete men telling you to watch your language.

Hardly. Intel loss of face will not strengthen any relationships with customers. Being shamed by not being able to bid on government contracts will not strengthen any relationships either.

AMD would not need to conceive of this because AMD does not violate Japanese laws. By your definition of class Rockefeller's Standard Oil would also have class. So, I believe you are right, AMD does not have your definition of class. Thank goodness.
