The massive bubble of today certainly is contained in the coastal housing markets with perhaps once in a lifetime windfalls bestowed on way too many without a clue. A case can be made bonds are in their own bubble market on a worldwide scale as well but that is much harder to get a firm handle on what is really going on there<g>.
