"A matter of critical mass, I reckon .. easier to chime in when ten others come along than if you stand out there naked in the spotlight ..."

My sense in reading the SC a couple of times is that AMD waited until they were certain beyond a reasonable doubt, that critical mass had already been obtained.

The "gun-to-head", "guacamole" and "Richter 10" descriptors no doubt are designed to gain the reader's attention, but what's more, I can't help thinking that AMD has ample evidence to support these otherwise rather risky phrasings in their Statement of Claim...

(You know INTC is seething at such characterizations but will they choose to attack these descriptors? I suspect that such an INTC attack is exactly what AMD's legal advisors are hoping for. Any courtroom discussion around the meaning of "gun-to-head", "guacamole" and "Richter 10" tactics by INTC would certainly be an immediate attention grabber in court proceedings and position the proceedings right where AMD would like to see them.)
