Bonso Electronics Reports Earnings Up 679% for the Quarter and 48% for the Year Monday July 11, 8:38 am ET HONG KONG, July 11 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Bonso Electronics International, Inc (Nasdaq: BNSO - News) today reported net income of $1,270,000 or $0.21 per share (diluted) on net sales of $13,861,000 for the fourth fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2005. This represented an increase of 679% in net income and decrease of 17% in net sales as compared to $163,000 or $0.03 per share (diluted) on net sales of $16,624,000 posted during the same period last year. Net income for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2005 increased 48% to $3,350,000 or $0.55 per share (diluted) as compared to $2,268,000 or $0.37 per share (diluted) posted during the same period last year. Net sales for the year ended March 31, 2005 decreased 7.2% to $69,602,000 from net sales of $74,964,000 for the year ended March 31, 2004.

Im a buyer of it in here. Look at the book value, quick ratio, 3 mil something float, etc... And the fact it is an almost pure play in subway information systems. As I said, it is a junior LB & COHT in the making. (I did sell some of my pile of it in the premarket that morning >$3) I'm buying now 'cause I think it will get game again soon... There is no way I can lose here, over time, if it goes up big I'm happy, if it goes down I buy more so I will be happy when it runs... A win win situation, Imo.... caseysystems.com synergxsystems.com
