How can Gonzalez save bush from impeachment? Rule everyone out of order during the trial in the Senate? I think he wants to have Gonzalez as Chief Justice on the US Supreme Court so that he has the power to make the secret appointments of judges to the 11-member secret FISA Star Chamber. Their influence could be far reaching and future presidents will be powerless to do anything about them as long as the Supreme Court allows this unconstitutional activity to continue. That's why it's so important that anyone as evil as Gonzalez who advised bush to ignore the Geneva Conventions and to torture prisoners must not be allowed on the US Supreme Court.
