The law refers to identity...not name. Rove blew her identity and blew her network and assets thus undermining US security and placing peoples' lives at great risk whether he spoke her name or not. Also.... His current lame denial is that he didn't use her name to Cooper (but, in re the above, that's not the point anyway). A question that arises from that is, did he use her name to anyone else? A purportedly credible branch of the DC grapevine has it that Rove will be indicted later this week or early next week. Since shrub and Rove are so tight, the affair is getting closer to shrub. shrub did nothing to get to the bottom" of it so could be seen as an obstructor of justice.
