The logic thing is this. If a statement is not alway false then sometimes it is true. The statement "Cats are orange" could be true and thus is not always false. The plural "cats" is a set of more than one cat. And if two cats were in a place. Those two cats could be all the cats in that place. In dessert places grass is often brown. And where my son is painting the house the grass is white.
