TWAV In spite of the poor showing on its last Q for 2005 (March) where revenues were down 18% and the loss more than doubled to $0.14/shr it seems to have found support at the $2 level.<g>

Some insiders bought in February around $2.70 and $2.89 albeit more recently they have registered some planned sales.<g>

TWAV reportedly has around $0.37 in cash/shr and no significant LTD Early this month it announced that it had entered into an agreement for selling its CCD-i product to TEL for $9.95M

The stock is not off its long term downtrend coming from the H at 7in Nov.2003 and it needs to close above its June 23 H of $2.58 to confirm a nearterm uptrend that it seems it has started yesterday. And it will also need to close above $3 in order to close the downgap of Feb.4 <g>

The chart shows a rudimentary or incomplete cup with a very short handle.<g>

Otherwise, the longer term chart shows the intention of a cup formation with quite a long handle.<g>

The EL for TWAV is still around $0.17/shr in 2006 and its not expected for it to be in the black column until the year ending in March 2007 when the EE are around $0.19/shr <g>
