Ugh....
canprice.com
9 Trillion derivatives REAL VALUE (not notional)
333 Trillion Notional Value. Only increased 3-fold
in the past year. Also 26 Trillion turnover in index futures
and options... No wonder this market is staying afloat, and we
are seeing magic rallies into expiration!!!

Somebody owed or owes 1.6 Trillion $ to someone else in OTC
derivatives and did not deliver (surprise!!!). Does not
matter, as long as things are kept under the rug. Which I bet
they will, until they no longer can. That activity smells very bad,
along with HUGE securities lending. Systemic stress surfaced
many times. All of them saved by the Fed. Coupon passes and
securities lending. Strongly correlated with magic
sharp rallies in stocks. Hmm... 2.4 Trillion currency
derivatives, all of them US-based. And the dollar rallies.
Hmm...

This suggests owning only one thing that has and will be -
gold. I'm getting back fully into gold. I expect a buying
opportunity in gold and silver soon. I'll be fully in by the
end of August. Only minor (1/3) position in gold and silver
shares. Very minor long - term puts. I don't expect puts to
work. Why? Before SHTF they won't work for the same reason
they don't now. Afterwards nobody will be able to pay for your
puts.
