C - I wish I could like this. IT seems like a good investment. Nearly a 4% dividend - very nice.
But the charts I use show it breaking down, and possibly going back to test 40, or even 35 first.

Of course, I could be full of BS with my fogged crystal ball LOL time will tell I guess.

I got stopped out of HSR today, even though I really liked it - but the chart looked weaker to me. But not as weak a C.
