Bush wanted to do an internal investigation. How difficult would it have been for him to ask his no.1 advisor and confidant if he was involved. Does anyone actually believe that Rove and Bush didn't discuss the matter? Very possibly before the leak, knowing how the Bush mafia likes to take revenge.

Actually Bush said he would deal with anyone who broke the law.

Just because Harry "the liar" Reid intentionally misquoted Bush doesn't make it fact.
