They were and are the establishment.
Try reading a few books about them
before you opine foolish opinions like below.
You claim to know something about being a democrat
and yet you know nothing real about these men. Nor John F. Kerry.
For christ sakes the old man was head of the SEC
and you consider them outsiders?
smarten up!
lol
Some things never change , put a thief in charge of the SEC
same ole same ole
------------------------------------

Maybe sometimes when folks like Bobby and John come along they are just too damn good for the Big Blue marble. They contrast too much with the establishment.

Well at least Jewel has eased up on prose torturing. If he/she can just knock off predicting the future, she/he can spend more time learning about reality.

The honest answer to someone who still believes we are in Iraq to find WMDs is that they (you) have completely lost touch with reality. His comment clarified that for me, which is why I thanked him and will move on. Honorable discussion with him, like you, is obviously a lost cause.

I see no point in beating a dead horse, and so I avoid discussion with persons like yourselves who seem incapable of productive or constructive contributions.

Thanks.
