Rove is definitely not going to be recommended for indictment by the SP.

It appears that this SP will also not recommend anyone else for indictment, and would have to STRAIN all logic to try to explain why a crime was committed-since none was.

Like all SP's in the past, his only accomplishment has been to stir the chicken coop of left wing insanity for a little while.

For once, legitimate blame goes to Bush for allowing an SP request for a lousy PRESS LEAK. Nothing wrong with wanting to run a tight ship when surrounded by domestic enemy (as Bush and the American people ARE in DC.), but a sense of proportion that is characteristic on the First Honest Administration Since 1992 was missing here.

Sending federal troops to round up the Democrat Senate caucus and put them behind barbed wire is proportional, rational, and in the best interests of national security. This was not.....

"could be"

Uh huh. Rove "could be" charged with all of that if there was
any credible evidence to substantiate any of your allegations.

But no credible evidence exists that has been made public so
far for any of your whimsical fantasies.

So far all you have are your most fervent wishes such that you
have twisted "could be" into "most certainly is" in your mind.

Aye, there's the rub.

As usual.

These are serious charges. If guilty I would have no problem seeing him sentenced. Like I said earlier, I have my doubts. The public wont be happy if he appears to be lying or covering up but proving these charges is a long shot even if you believe he has done 'something'.

It is a non-issue for practically everybody except people who are obsessed with bringing Bush down a notch. A notch is possible but it is very unlikely that anything will happen to the Bush administration even if Rove is removed.
