Thanks, man, but for now, I'll just stick with this for the enjoyment of bitching. Actually, in the winter, with rain, my sat TV gets dicey; I often have to go out and wipe off the receiver. It may help to move it, but I don't want to hassle the net that way; generally much more important. I ran into the phone guy on the road today. Asked him when he was going to get me over 26K. He said sometime after he was dead and gone :>) First thing to do, when I can't stand it anymore, is to try a different ISP. Baby girl The Mall Rat lives across town, gets 56K. She has a different ISP. Or it could be the difference in phone lines here and there. Second thing to try is go to the pole nearest my house and push it over next winter. It's in a little slide area, and is leaning at a nice angle. I've been telling them for years. Maybe I help it out.
