Yah still over here in palm beach, the scripps deal is really getting the money guys in a big huff at the breakers. I just saw a news report where they estimate by 2010 more than half the homes in palm beach county will be 500K plus. I guess after a few more summers of hurricanes the homes that are left will certainly be worth a lot - hehe. The food here is terrible - the seafood is atrocious, the traffic deadlier than US19, the women not nearly as fun as back in clearwater(or as pretty). Trump went to the west coast for his new building for a reason I guess - hehe.
