I want the US to pull out 100%, now. I do not want Saddam put back in power but I do want to hear his defense which will include a lot nefarious interactions with the US government. The Iraqis can fend for themselves. Don't forget the US put him in power to begin with and supported during his war with Iran and turned a blind eye while he attacked members of the previous regime, Kurds and Shites. The US is not without sin with regard to Saddam but we sure threw the first stone.
