Clinton never denied any of the smears, because you can't play into the smear campaigns hands. He only responded about Monica because the Republicans put him on the stand and he had no choice. If Bush is put on the stand and asked certain questions, he will have to commit perjury. But why oh why was the POTUS being asked about his sex life? That was the real crime. It changed all the rules. Now nothing is off limits, even who was getting corn-holed by Jeff Gannon.
