I read it and decided it wouldn't work. You wanna explain why not? If you democratize all the Arab countries, Al Qaeda can make their case to the Arab people directly and get accepted or rejected by their fellow Arab Muslims. Once they have that opportunity, there is no reason to blow up a train station in Luxemborg. It's no different than the Japanese were in WWII. Them or us. Go read again the part of how Al Qaeda's main enemy is Muslim country's current governments. The US is way down on the Al Qaeda hate list, and only a derivative enemy due to support for the Isreali government and support for other Arab governments. Then you'll see the difference.
