There are a number of people that you and I both would like ... but none of them will be considered for the job by Bush.

Who would you rather have: Bernanke or Snow? (or Feldstein?) That is the kind of choice you are going to face. Bush would never even consider someone like Yellen.

Bernanke will be a worse disaster than Greenspan.

He could be good for gold bulls.
Maybe $20 pop upon nomination and retest of the highs after 2 years into his term ?
