i don't like to cook curry unless its
a very easy thai recipe where i use
a curry paste, a can of coconut milk
and throw in some chicken and veggies. <g>

i prefer to go to one of the many many
east indian restaurants in vancouver.
as a matter of fact, had a great vegetable
curry lunch today - more than i could eat -
for $4.99 in the neighbourhood where my
daughter lives.

i'm going to miss doing that.
