Rove cannot be found innocent. He has already lied on record. Worse for Bush, Bush himself has lied and McClellan has lied for Bush and Rove.

This is what Clinton and Nixon found out. The real crime is the lie and the coverup. However in Rove's case, eh committed treason and Bush-Cheney lied about a non-existent Saddam nuclear program to trick Americans into supporting a dishonest war.

Those are impeachable offenses. High crimes. The highest.
