"Long flipper" Sounds like an oxymoron to me. Flip implies quick action.

I'll never be a bagholder. The worst that can happen to me is I get stuck in the paid for house I live in. What I do involves only locational risk.

I'm already seeing more and more recently built high end condos for sale in MLS. Did channel checks recently on some in our area and 70-80% vacancy seems the norm yet the preconstruction projects still sell out in a matter of hours. Simply amazing..
