So maybe its just very possible that these guys were sent up to deliver the bombs with precise instructions of when and where to leave them "so we can blow them up later when the rush hour is at its highest" or something like that. "Then, as soon as the package is delivered, make sure to get out in a hurry!"... What's your theory? Is it that the bombers thought they were delivery boys and someone else simultaneously detonated the bombs? I don't quite get what you're trying to say.
