...that SI Dave is a Constitutional law expert.

One needn't be an 'expert' to know that private property rights are explicitly defended within the U. S. Constitution.

On the other hand, any explanation you could offer of your shortcoming in basic knowledge boils down to choosing between being laughably uneducated or unbelievably stupid.
