The New York Times ran news and editorials on the Berger case for six straight editions last July, FWIW.

I was thinking about your comment how criminals are stupid. Given the dozens of Cabinet and White House officials who have been indicted over the years - it's not an encouraging sign for who we choose to vote for, and who they choose to serve in their administrations.

I was speaking generally- about the Berger case, which you brought up. There was no cover up. Once he was accused, he pled guilty. I disagree with you that the story was hardly covered.

Time will tell in the Rove case.
