Saying that someone is "removed from reality" is not like saying you 'beat your spouse' or 'cheat on taxes' or something.... It seems to fall within the realm of 'personal opinion' (and is something that's unlikely to be verifiable... absent a comittment to a State institution, and application of a battery of tests. Even there it might easily be a debated conclusion....) Why don't you just look on a charge like that as a way for the poster to avoid having to deal with your arguments by 'skee-daddling' away?
