Bush as Commander in Chief was fully aware Osama was trapped at Tora Bora, or at least likely trapped. Do you think Junior Bush had his Osama playing card on the desk with a big red crayon ready to X him out?

Bush caught Osama and put him on ice and was going to bring him out before the election...ask Madeline Albright... Of course as bad as kerry was, Bush didn't need to thaw him out....
