Thank you for the links manalagi, Concerning "fishing".. Not for survival, but only for enjoyment.:( I still stand with you.. I posted about this same topic last winter, I think, on the "Feelies" thread where I had to expound on a subject, that I detest too.. 'vanity fur trapping'.. Of course I got jumped, as I always do, but what the f', they always jump me.. And I explained, or tried to, that if a person uses what they catch or trap, or shoot for survival, ONLY, that is okay, IMO, but do it for pleasure only, that is NOT right..For I have been there and done it, not for pleasure but for part of our survival.. And I have stories of such.. Growing up on a ranch and such.. And seen a lot, too much for most.. But that is for another time and another place.. But WHY cause UNNECESSARRY pain and suffering for OTHER lives for NO other reason than pure SELF pleasure.. A person can do that at a carnival fish pond.. A person might EVEN hook a 'keeper' <g>.. For I have learned for.. ONE to LIVE in this LIFE plane, Another has to die.. :(.. Unfortunate, but that is just the way it is.. But ON the way, Why Play, With Life?, When you don't have to.. I am not a hypocrite.. Sometimes, I wish I was, for there is less baggage to carry.. But we UNhypocrites, will shed it earlier, I know.. For sure.. Take care, c
