They are entitled to these rights, not because of who they are, but because of who we are. America is the greatest country on earth because we adhere to the rule of law. I think the problem that is causing this discussion to continue it the definition of "entitled," Under the Geneva convention, they got what they were "entitled" to. You take it further. Since you and the other posters discussing this are working from different premises, and cannot reconcile them, this discussion can't go anywhere.
