I hope you don't forget me when the timing is right!

I don't mind people talking fundamentals as long as we can try to tie it into the technicals. There are times when FA and TA are in sync. That's perfectly ok with me.

I'm also tracking those in my "RE Bubble Shorts" portfolio. I have some investment firms and ETFs in there too as they will get hit hard if/when the RE bubble bursts.
In particular, I will look to short IYR - iShares Dow Jones US Real Estate (RE ETF).

Here are some that I think will be swept in the downdraft:

BSC C CFC GS IYF IYG IYR JPM MWD

But when? I plan to monitor these as a group and short individuals based on TA to maximize the situation.
