Ya, actually listening to Rush for the first time can have an effect on you. My first time was due to listening to libs demean & ridicule him viciously. As I do in most instances like that, I had to hear Rush for myself to get a my own read on him. For the most part all Rush did was to take apart the liberal Talking Points of the day, debunk lib propaganda & MSM bias. Yes he was/is pompous, arrogant even. But I never caught him lying, deceiving or intentionally misleading. IMO, most folks who attack Rush have never or rarely ever listened to him. Like most stuff they fervently believe, it is simply an article of faith based on lib Talking Points.
