Doug, in what way am I nuts...I know I might be giving a negative viewpoint but where is the rainbow for profits...Hector is always filling a hole where AMD is springing a leak...Doug simply give me an honest answer about expectations concerning profits and Tech hype...

(1) by the time AMD ramps 65 nm Intel will have a solution for the server market

(2) AMD could bleed from flash sales for another year (they hope to be profitable in 06 with ornand) Hector is looking long-term > 1 1/2 years

(3) Manufacturing Fab 36 90nm in 1st quarter 06, not 65nm

(4) (Plus side) AMD does have a better cpu design and they think theirs must be competitive with Intel's 65nm

(5) (Negative side)Intel shucking out Yonah cpu's like making potatoe chips at 65nm with reasonable yields (could be good enough for most of 06)...
