But everyone watching Geraldo at Tora Bora had a pretty good idea the big OBL himself was in there hiding. What, Bush didn't? What was he too busy doing that day, outlawing stem cell research? If you're POTUS, you pick up the phone and say "catch the bastard, no frigging cease fire".

Then, again, Bush was warned on 8-6-01 that OBL was planning a major hijacking and he did nothing. So maybe Bush is just a mellow dude.
