If I was the FBI guy in charge, I would certainly put an asterisk by his name, and say hold this guy for interrogation if he tried to leave the country. Maybe extraordinary rendition, spirit him out of the country for torture to see if he has any accomplices. Hell, no telling what this guy is planning.
