Going from 130nm to 90nm should result in a 70% capacity increase, assuming equal yield %, and same mix of relative sizes. Now, that won't be the case, but enough to push the capacity increase down to 20%?

Some parts don't shrink that much.

Thorton = Venice 0%
Barton > Venice
Newcastle > Venice
Newcastle > San Diego
Newcastle = 512k Toledo
Clawhammer > San Diego
Clawhammer > 512K Toledo
Clawhammer = 1MB Toledo


So there are some reduction of die sizes, but overall, I think the capacity increase is much closer to 20% than 70%
