The carrying costs of 0% down in CA on the enormous prices there just might have some sweating right now. there are always going to be some people sweating, regardlesss of circumstances. the trick to keeping the ball rolling is to always always have more punters coming in the front door than are going out the back on stretchers, move along please, nothing to see. so, when do all the IO resets and such overwhelm the very significant bubble momentum and inflow of lemmings, that's the tipping pint which makes M. Creosote barf, methinks.
