I have numerous links to the Constitution, thank you. If you were to take the trouble to follow along, you would see that the question involves the interpretation of certain phrases in it and it is not clear even to the lawyers just how they should be interpreted. You also would have seen that the relevant phrases had already been found. So you can go back to making your cookie dough now.
