I tend to think of him as more of a fool than dishonest, but he is surrounded by plenty of dishonest people.

But the sad fact is that the lasting damage he has already caused won't be soon undone (and the dead will never be brought back) even in the unlikely event that he is impeached before his term is out.

Bush could run screaming naked down Pennsylvania Avenue and about half of those 41% would find a way to excuse him.

Maybe it's the drip-drip-drip of daily bad news from Iraq, the DSM, the deficit, the kill-SS campaign, Schiavo, etc. etc. His latest hiding-behind-Fitzgerald instead of sidelining Rove can't be doing much for his image.

I wonder how many people think that OBL is an honest person. Popularity polls are utterly worthless. The only people that bother to answer them are people with no jobs that need to talk. I doubt they called a single conservative.
