Having been a Club Fedder myself I think the most important factor re Fitzgerald is whether he is career guy or political. I don't think the admin would have the nads to put a political guy in charge of the investigation.

If he is career I doubt he gives a rat's *** about political heat, it's his chance to make a name for himself by bringing in the goods.
