Watching San Diego and SoFlorida new condo markets are as good a start as any. Obviously Las Vegas second home market is right there too. This does seem to be spreading like wild fire. Channel checks for true occupancy rates in many of these developments would be an interesting project to tackle since it appears no one is doing it yet. Also watch where these guys from San Diego are going. Seems it was Tucson this year and now amazingly they are going into new home communities in places like Salt Lake City and Boise. websitetoolbox.com
