Speaking of "unnamed Democrats," watch as the Dems try to get another David Souter nominated by "Borking" every nominee put forth by Bush. A virtual unknown when he was nominated and confirmed by Bush Sr., Souter turned out to be one of the most liberal members of the Supreme Court.

I think you'll see some senate republicans lose their primaries for their parts in going along with the democrats...

You guys will never get it......what you consider normal is unconstitutional; hence, any nomination Bush makes is going to look "liberal" to you. The problem isn't with your nominees, its what goes on in your heads. ;~)
