Bush is the one dragging his feet on illegal immigration. Zero leadership on it. In fact, right after Bush suggested his "guest worker" idea, illegal immigration spiked as illegals swarmed in wanting to take advantage of Bush's liberal new law, which didn't exist yet. Since then, Bush hasn't mentioned the topic. In fact he never mentions any topics We The People want him to focus on. Does he? Know what he was doing right after the CIA warned him about Bin Lauden wanting to hijacking and strike within the US on 8-6-01? He was busy outlawing most stem cell research, something 70% of Americans didn't want him to do.
